While each organization is truly it’s own snowflake, each of my engagements are two parts. Alignment through facilitation and workshops, followed by strategic execution.

  • Family Offices

    Each family office has it’s own nuances and competing priorities (internal and external), and plenty of opinions from competing parties, each with their own incentives. By combining bespoke workshops and values alignment frameworks, we’re able to get all stakeholders on the same page before we move into execution.

  • Foundations

    For philanthropic organizations, I provide both organizational facilitation, workshops, and advisory to engage and align all stakeholders. Behind the scenes, I work with the leadership team on change management frameworks in order to facilitate the inevitable organizational shifts needed to align their values to impact outputs.

  • Startups

    I advise early- and growth-stage startups with hourly advisory as needed. Whether developing go-to-market strategy, designing inclusive leadership systems, alternative fundraising strategies, I work to maintaining the founder’s important creative direction by avoiding decisions could stunt growth or put the founder’s ownership stake at risk.

  • Non-Profits

    My work with nonprofits is primarily around program development for conferences and events to increase the return on their investment to bring together and engage stakeholders, funders, and beneficiaries in a way that inspires, and drives conversion for new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
